Do we live for our Nation ?

It's high time now that we have to ponder over this question whether we live for our country? The socio-political-economic attitude exibits that most of us enjoy & thrive on our individual gains.
It a matter of concern that we have stopped behaving as ONE NATION.Our judgement is not based on rationalogy of the concerned issue, rather it is guided by so many other concerns which are motivated by other reasons than a national feeling. The present embriolgio over the nuclear deal is one such important issue at the moment. The whole political set up is making a fool of the Electorate. The question that I wish to ask them is whether they were elected to settle their own whims ? Where does the Country stand ? The people beleive that a person of the stature of Prof.Abdul Kalaam says that the deal is worth its price; i beleive him because he is not a POLITICIAN.He echoes the feelings of millions of Indians who want to contribute in big or small way to create a self reliant nation.Political gimmicary is all to attain few more years to command power or best said misuse power for self attainment. Does the feeling for the country finds any room in it ?It is a million dollar question.

Why Indifferent ?

I feel pity for the administration in my city(Kanpur) for being insensitive towards the life in the city.Under the nose of BIG THREE(Commissioner,D.M.;Municiple Commissioner) garbage ,pot holes, shattered road conditions make me think that they have been unable to contribute towards the growth of the city.I,personally, rang up the control room of Nagar Nigam to make them apprise that drains are full of garbage, as usual,I was given one ph.no. to .... .Well this is one such incident.I request my fellow citizens to come forward and resque the city.In the same vein I ask the administration to come forward & justify their bread & butter.
